Students can discover apartments, products, vendors and essentials around campus, ranging from self-contained rooms and flats to study desks, appliances, and daily student needs.
Can property agents list apartments?
Yes. Kova is designed to help property agents put their listings in front of students actively looking for apartments, with direct chat inquiry and verified listing capabilities.
Can vendors sell products?
Yes. Vendors can use Kova to showcase products to students who are ready to buy and expand their local campus customer base.
Is Kova free to use?
Yes. Browsing listings, chatting with agents and vendors, and using Kova to find what you need around campus is free for students. Agents and vendors can list on Kova too; there is no subscription to get started.
How do I know a listing or vendor is genuine?
Verified listings and profiles carry a verification badge after the agent or vendor confirms their identity and contact details. Still inspect the property or item in person, and keep every conversation in the Kova chat so there is a record of what was agreed.
How do I avoid rental scams?
Inspect before you pay, confirm the rent and any fees in writing, and keep chats and payments inside Kova so your receipt stays in your history. If anyone asks you to pay outside the app or refuses an inspection, report it to admin@kovadml.com.
Which campuses and cities does Kova cover?
Kova launches around Auchi, Edo State, and is built to expand one campus at a time as property agents and vendors join. Tell us your school and we will let you know when Kova opens there.
How do property agents and vendors get listed?
Get in touch as an agent or vendor and we will help you set up your profile, add your apartments or products, and show you how student inquiries arrive in the app. Verified agents get priority placement in searches.
Can students sell their own items on Kova?
Yes. Students can list items they no longer need, such as textbooks, fans, study desks, and small appliances, and reach other students nearby instead of selling off campus.
When is the Kova app launching?
